This is our rules. Please accept them before you do your check-in!

Guests & Dormitories

• No outside guests are permitted in rooms. Fee: 1,000 THB per unauthorized guest.
• No sharing of beds. Fee: 500 THB cleaning fee and possible removal.
• No men in female dormitories. Fee: 2,000 THB and immediate removal from the dorm.
• No sexual activity is acceptable in the dorms. Violators' stay will be terminated immediately without refund.

Quiet Hours & Common Areas

• Quiet hours are from 11 PM-8 AM.
• No phone calls inside dorm rooms at night.
• No playing pool or music in common areas after closing.
• Repeated disturbances may result in removal without refund.

Echo bar rules

• Bar opens at 8am, Last call is at 11:45pm
• Order at the bar
• Pay when ordering & take your assigned number we give you
• Kitchen closes at 9.30pm
• No playing pool between 12am-8am
• Pick up your rubbish & throw it away
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL!

Food, Smoking & Cleanliness

• No food inside rooms. Cleaning Fee: 300 THB.
• No smoking or vaping in any rooms. Cleaning Fee: 2,000 THB plus additional cleaning costs.
• Hostel towels are for showers only. Lost towel fee: 250 THB.
• No shoes inside rooms.
• Vomiting in rooms or common areas due to excessive alcohol consumption. Cleaning Fee: 1,500 THB.

Behaviour

• No illegal drugs or substances are allowed. Violators may be reported to police and removed immediately.
• Any aggressive behaviour or conflicts with guests/staff may result in immediate removal without refund.

Property & Liability

• Each guest is responsible for damaged property. Charges equal repair or replacement cost.
• Echo is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
• Lost keys result in deposit being kept or replacement fee of 300 THB.
• All staff areas are off limits to guests.

Refunds & Tickets

• No refunds unless decided otherwise by hostel management.
• No refunds for party ticket sales.
